1. Information we collect

Tielle may collect contact and service-request information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email, telephone/WhatsApp number, date of birth, location details, occupation, travel preferences and passport-related information required for an initial assistance request. The initial passport request form does not collect your NIN or identity-document uploads.

2. Technical and location metadata

For security, request administration and fraud prevention, Tielle may record the submission timestamp, IP address, browser/user-agent and referring page. When enabled, the IP address may be sent to the configured geolocation provider solely to derive an approximate city, region and country. This lookup is approximate and may be unavailable.

3. How we use information

We use service-request information to review enquiries, contact applicants, provide requested assistance, maintain request status/history, send acknowledgements, protect the service from abuse and administer Tielle's operations. Optional marketing messages are sent only where the applicant separately opts in.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, analytics or IP geolocation, subject to the configuration of this website. Tielle does not sell passport-request information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect users, Tielle or the service.

5. Security and storage

Tielle uses access controls, encrypted request payload storage and protected administrative tools intended to reduce unauthorised access. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Applicants should not send NIN slips, passport scans or other sensitive identity documents unless Tielle specifically requests them through an approved follow-up process.

6. Retention

Service requests marked Completed or Cancelled are configured for retention for up to 24 months, after which they become eligible for secure deletion. Operational, legal or security requirements may justify a different period where necessary.

7. Your choices

You may decline optional marketing consent without affecting a service request. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by Tielle, contact [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

This policy may be updated as Tielle services and supporting providers evolve. The effective date above indicates the current website version.

1. Website and service desk

By using this website or submitting a Tielle service request, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. A request submission is an enquiry for assistance and does not by itself create a guarantee of booking, financing, appointment, passport issuance, visa approval or other third-party outcome.

2. Passport assistance

Tielle may assist with the organisation and facilitation of Nigerian international passport application, renewal, replacement or related processes. The Nigerian Immigration Service remains the issuing authority. Appointment availability, official requirements, processing times and issuance decisions remain outside Tielle's control.

3. Fees and third-party charges

Tielle assistance fees are separate from official government charges, airline/hotel charges and other third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. The final service scope and applicable charges should be confirmed before payment or commencement of paid work.

4. Traveller responsibilities

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents they provide, attending required appointments, complying with official instructions, verifying travel-document validity and meeting airline, immigration, health and destination requirements.

5. Travel estimates and funding information

Journey estimates, savings illustrations and travel-funding examples shown on this website are planning aids. They are not guaranteed prices, credit approvals or financial advice. Any financing product is subject to its own eligibility, terms and disclosures.

6. Third-party services

Tielle may link to or coordinate with airlines, accommodation providers, government portals, insurers, payment providers or other third parties. Their services, availability and policies are governed by their own terms.

7. Availability and changes

Tielle may update, suspend or change website features, service availability, pricing or processes where operationally necessary. We aim to preserve active requests and communicate material changes appropriately.

1. Tielle service fees

Refund eligibility for a Tielle assistance fee depends on the stage of work already completed, costs already incurred and the specific service agreed with the client. Where Tielle has not commenced substantive work, a request for refund will be reviewed on its facts.

2. Official and third-party charges

Government, passport, airline, hotel, insurance, payment-processing or other third-party charges are subject to the refund, cancellation and change rules of the relevant provider or authority. Tielle cannot guarantee refunds of amounts controlled by those parties.

3. Non-guaranteed outcomes

A refusal, delay or non-issuance by a government authority does not automatically make a Tielle assistance fee refundable where the agreed assistance has already been provided. Likewise, changes caused by airlines, accommodation providers or other travel suppliers are handled according to the applicable supplier rules.

4. How to request a review

Contact [email protected] with your Tielle reference number, payment information and the reason for the request. Tielle will review the service history and respond with the applicable outcome.

5. Before payment

Where a specific service has special cancellation or refund conditions, those conditions should be confirmed with the client before payment and take precedence for that transaction.
